Terms of Service

1. Who we are

usta.run is a service provided by Cihad Paksoy, an individual based in Türkiye ("we"). You can reach us at cihadp@gmail.com. These terms are the agreement between us and the person who creates an account or uses the service ("you"). By using the service you accept these terms.

2. The service

usta.run is an AI agent application that runs on the web. It works out what you need, builds automations and apps tailored to you, runs the apps in your workspace, and can browse the web on your behalf. Some features run through third-party services. The service is still evolving; features may be added, changed or removed.

3. Your account

• You must give accurate information when you create an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure, and for what is done with your account.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a contract under the law where you live.

4. The assistant and approvals

The assistant can make mistakes. Depending on the mode you choose, it asks for your approval before paid or irreversible actions. You are responsible for reviewing what the assistant produces and does, for the results of actions you approve, and for how you use them.

5. Balance, prices and payment

• Creating an account is free. Paid features are deducted from your prepaid balance, at a price shown before use, per request, per result or per minute.
• Balance is added with a one-time payment of an amount you choose; there is no subscription.
• Payments are taken by Lemon Squeezy, the merchant of record for these sales, which calculates and collects any applicable tax. Lemon Squeezy's buyer terms also apply to the payment itself.
• Balance does not expire and can be used for as long as your account is open. It cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another account.
• You can set a monthly spending limit for each of your workspaces. A call that fails is not charged.
• We may change prices. A change applies only to later use; balance you have added stays as the dollar amount it is.

6. Refunds

Refunds are handled as described in the Refund Policy.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use the service for:

• Anything unlawful, or content that infringes the rights of others.
• Malware, spam, or attempts at unauthorised access.
• Automation that breaks the terms of the sites and services it reaches.
• Attempts to harm the service itself or its other users.

When you use the browser feature, following the rules of the sites you visit is your responsibility.

8. Your content

What you upload and create is yours. You give us permission to store and process it only as far as needed to provide the service. How your data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Third-party services

The service uses AI models and other providers' services, such as maps and search. Those services have their own terms, and we are not responsible for their outages or errors.

10. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages or for loss of profit or data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last twelve months.

11. Closing an account

You can have your account closed at any time by writing to cihadp@gmail.com. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. Any unused balance is handled under the Refund Policy.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. We announce significant changes on the site; using the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any mandatory rights you have as a consumer where you live are not affected.
