Refund Policy

1. Unused balance, within 14 days

You can ask for a refund of the unused part of any balance you added within 14 days of the purchase. Balance that has already been spent is not refunded.

2. How to ask

Write to cihadp@gmail.com from your account's email address, with the order number shown on your receipt. We reply within a few business days.

3. What is refunded

The refund is made through Lemon Squeezy to the payment method you used. The share of what you paid, tax included, that corresponds to the unused balance is refunded, and that amount is taken off your balance.

4. After 14 days

Balance does not expire, so you can keep spending it whenever you like. A mistaken or duplicate charge is refunded in full at any time.

5. Lemon Squeezy

Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record for these sales and may also issue refunds under its own buyer terms.

6. Your statutory rights

This policy does not limit any rights you have as a consumer under the law.
